WHAT IS ATLANTA COCKTAIL WEEKEND?
Atlanta Cocktail Weekend is a citywide celebration of cocktails, culture and community bringing together cocktail lovers, bartenders, bars, restaurants, spirits brands and hospitality professionals for a weekend of experiences throughout Atlanta.Expect signature events, tastings, masterclasses, cocktail dinners, bar collaborations, brunches, parties, industry programming and much more.

Atlanta Cocktail Weekend will debut April 14-18 2027
WHERE DOES ATLANTA COCKTAIL WEEKEND TAKE PLACE?
All over Atlanta.Rather than taking place at a single venue, Atlanta Cocktail Weekend will feature programming at bars, restaurants, hotels and event spaces throughout the city.Select signature events will take place at larger venues, while additional experiences will happen across Atlanta’s neighborhoods.Atlanta is the venue.
DO I NEED TO WORK IN THE BAR OR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY TO ATTEND?
Not at all.Atlanta Cocktail Weekend is being created for both consumers and the hospitality industry.Some programming will be designed specifically for bartenders and hospitality professionals, but much of the weekend will be open to anyone interested in great cocktails, food, culture and experiencing Atlanta.
DO I NEED TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT COCKTAILS?
Absolutely not.You don’t need to know your amaro from your aperitivo to have a great time.Atlanta Cocktail Weekend is designed for everyone from the cocktail curious to seasoned industry professionals.Come curious.
DO I NEED A TICKET?
It depends on the event.Signature events and select experiences will require individual tickets or advance registration.Other programming, including select happy hours, special menus and participating venue experiences — may be open to the public without an Atlanta Cocktail Weekend ticket.Ticketing information will be available when the official schedule is released.
WILL THERE BE A WEEKEND PASS?
We’re exploring several ticketing options for 2027, including individual event tickets and multi-event experiences.Full ticketing details will be announced closer to the event.
IS ATLANTA COCKTAIL WEEKEND 21+?
Events involving the purchase, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages will be restricted to guests 21 years of age or older, and valid government-issued photo identification may be required.Individual venue policies may vary.
WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE?
Many events will include food or take place at participating restaurants where food is available for purchase.Some experiences will specifically pair cocktails with food, while others may be beverage-focused.Details will be listed on each individual event page.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Atlanta.Some events may call for cocktail attire. Others might mean sneakers, sunglasses and a rooftop.Individual event listings will include suggested attire when appropriate.Otherwise, come comfortable, come stylish and come ready to explore.
HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT’S HAPPENING?
The official Atlanta Cocktail Weekend schedule will be available on our Events page once programming is announced.You’ll be able to explore events by date, location and experience and build the weekend that works for you.
CAN MY BAR OR RESTAURANT PARTICIPATE?
Absolutely.We’re looking for bars, restaurants and hospitality venues throughout Atlanta to create official Atlanta Cocktail Weekend programming.Participating venues may host special cocktail menus, dinners, guest shifts, tastings, parties, brunches, educational programming and other experiences.Visit our Participate page to learn more.CAN
BARTENDERS PARTICIPATE?
Yes.Bartenders and hospitality professionals will have opportunities to participate through competitions, guest shifts, educational programming, collaborations, industry events and other experiences throughout the weekend.Visit Participate for more information.
CAN SPIRITS BRANDS PARTICIPATE?
Yes, Atlanta Cocktail Weekend will offer opportunities for spirits and beverage brands to participate through tastings, masterclasses, cocktail programming, signature-event activations, sponsorships and custom experiences.Visit our Participate page for brand and partnership inquiries.
WILL THERE BE EVENTS FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY?
Yes.Industry education and community are an important part of Atlanta Cocktail Weekend.Programming will include opportunities for education, professional development, tastings, networking and connection specifically for bartenders and hospitality professionals.
CAN I VOLUNTEER?
